Have been trying to connect gas in my house for the past two weeks. The secretaries did a good job doing what they do but the problem is Frank the bum. For the first week and a half I was waiting on him to connect the gas to our rental house but he was busy with some "big project" in Pecos. He finally showed up and said we had to call a plumber and fix some problems before we could connect the gas. Ok, no problem.

Four days later we asked for Frank to come turn on our gas. He got their while the plumber was there fixing some last minute unforeseen issues and wanted Frank to wait TEN minutes so that he could finish and so that we could have gas that same day. All Frank said was no and took off. As of this writing two and a half weeks have passed and still no gas.

Their gas pumps are always slow because they refuse to change the inline filters until they are completely plugged up.
